Poor quality builder. Don't buy from them. Roof tiles started falling off after 1.5 years. Find another builder.
We had a wonderful experience building our home with Hakes Brothers. Jake was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and always attentive to our requests and questions. Hakes Brothers is wonderful! My builder Jake and his team did an incredible job! Jennifer is so kind and made our home buying process very easy for us! On closing day they even gave us a little gift ♥️
I bought my home through Jennifer the model home sales rep and the process was smooth! She guides you through the entire process. I wasn’t a fan of Jake’s inability to work with my schedule for the home orientation but I still give hakes/Jennifer 5 stars!
The Hakes Brother's Team, especially Jake, did an excellent job at building our home. They were on time and on budget, and the quality was excellent! Anytime we had an issue, the Hakes Brother's team stepped up and handled our needs. I would build with the Hakes Brother's again, hands down!!
