Very unprofessional in dealing with patients. I had a appointment booked with them for 8th October but when i called today to ask them that I did not received any confirmation SMS which usually they send 1 day prior, the dentist mentioned that probably my insurance does not have enough money left, so they did not confirm my appointment! Surprised that this is coming from a Dental care center that they only will confirm appointment if they have money to extract out of your insurance!!! The female doctor was very attentive to my sensitivity and always got the job done when I was completely sensitive

Dr. Hakeem is AMAZING!!! He's the best dentist I know. He takes his time with his patients and explains everything he does. His staff is really nice. They greet you with a smile and are always polite and friendly. The office is always clean. My daughter isn't afraid to do her cleaning because it's always done with care. I recommend all my friends to Dr Bovaird Smiles
