I called this company and the girl who answered the phone took all my details and assured me I'd get a call first thing in the morning to arrange someone to come out. Well I think glass suppliers have too much work because this is the second company to not follow up on a sale. Don't waste your time.

I needed glass cut to size. I called and arranged with the person on the phone to be there in 30 minutes. When i arrived, the two staff were very outgoing and super friendly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this business!

Awesome company - these guys rock! I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to say something about my recent experience with Hakea Glass. I needed an urgent window repair late one night and had been seriously let down by another company. What a blessing in disguise. Even though it was after hours, the repair guy was there promptly and on time! Friendly & attentive staff on the phone made me forget all about my previous bad experience... And they were cheaper too!! :-)

Dismal...............No service what so ever. Person who answers the phone is clueless. After many calls had someone come out to quote.................still waiting. Rang to see where quote was a week later, told person away would have by end of the day..................still waiting
