We came (3 people) on sunday 20th around 2pm and needed a table with a booth as my husband has a bad back, they did not have 4 top tables anymore and did not want to give us a larger table and remove the extra place settings. Told us that they could not do that!!! The place had maybe 5 tables with customers. We decided to go somewhere else, we tried Origami, it was delicious and will be back there.
We had a great lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The service was prompt and courteous. We had two servers that were very helpful with the menu. Olivia and Kayla made sure my wife selected a meal that was appropriate for her dietary needs. Our daughter had the ramen bowl and I had the spicy tuna poke. We will surely come back. The food and service was top notch!
Food was excellent. Someone needs to teach the servers not to rest the water pitcher on the edge of everyone’s glasses. You’re transferring germs to everyone. This is simple enough to fix so I hope someone reads this and takes action. Everything else about our meal was wonderful.
I absolutely love Hakata! The Beef Sukiyaki Ramen and avocado cucumber rolls are my favorites—they’re always delicious and full of flavor. The service is also lovely, especially our waitress Kayla, who was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
Tried Hakata Exton for the first time and really enjoyed our meal. We ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Rice Bowl, Love in PA, and a Poke Bowl. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the portions were good too. We were pretty hungry when we got there, so it was nice to sit down and enjoy our food. The staff were friendly and everything was smooth. We had a good experience overall and would definitely come back to try some of the other dishes.
