I have had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I am constantly having to chase them for updates. Despite multiple calls where I was promised a callback because the attorney was in a meeting, I never heard back. The lack of professionalism and basic communication is exhausting. I expected much better support during this process. It is very poorly run and highly unprofessional. This office is clearly overbooked and poorly managed.
