All the staff are outstanding and caring.
Front desk polite but not warmth which is ok MA and CNA Wonderful Doctor very courteous and professional was great Check out lady was dismissive and we are still waiting for access to the patient portal that she said she would send "right away"
The first visit after an unexpected diagnosis and when I got there , the Dr had no records , no empathy and was willing to reschedule. I had to log into my account and share my biopsy results with my iPhone because I was desperate to get answers of my diagnosis. The Dr spoke so quickly and everything happened so fast, I forgot my questions and left their clueless .
