Spoke to someone from front office to make an appointment and confirm my insurance is accepted and my cleaning would be covered. Was told my insurance is accepted and that was it. I assumed this meant my cleaning was covered as I get two free cleanings a year with my insurance. When I arrive for my appointment I was not told that anything would be charged to me. I had not been to a dentist in a very long time. I decided to give Dr. Hakala a try on a recommendation. I am so happy I did! From the time I walked in the door Jaime was friendly and helpful. Brittany, who was my hygienist, was pleasant and helpful, patient with me and did a fantastic job!
