Hakai Energy were awesome from the office staff who were quick to respond to the installers who had to crawl around my nasty crawl space to install an EV charger to the sales staff - all very prompt in responding and listened to my questions and logistical concerns including coordinating with government incentives for solar. So excited to see my electricity bills shrinking! The thought of sunny days providing charging for the car for free is especially thrilling!!
Extremely pleased with the PV system installed by Hakai. Excellent and professional organization to work with, right from the initial call through the completed install. Despite a full pipeline, Hakai managed to work within our timelines, and completed the work ahead of schedule. They kept us informed throughout the install process, answered all questions, and left the jobsite neat and tidy. Now I need to figure out how to break the habit of constantly checking the monitoring app to see how much energy we're collecting!
