I am very disappointed in the visit i had with this doctor. I came to her as a new patient for a annual check up and script refills. I made this clear as my insurance covers the annual 100%, instead she coded it wrong so i had to pay a bill over $600. I have been on a certain medication for over 26 years. I also have arthritis in my knees so i take a anti inflammatory for that.
