I was just in your in your sales department at the baltimore location and was extremely happy with my service. I need a plug that is next to impossible to find. Though I did not leave the store with a plug. The gentleman (CHRIS) that helped me spent atleast a half hour on the phone and cpu trying to locate plug for me. He was able to give multiple numbers to call to help locate this very rare plug. Super-friendly staffer at the counter listened to me awkwardly describe what I was looking for, went into the back and returned promptly with everything I needed to complete the repair at hand. And the prices seemed very reasonable. Highly recommended.
