Would leave 0 stars if possible. Most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced. Had my order canceled and they won't give me a refund back, all attempts to contact them get ignored or I get hung up on if they do answer.
Edit: Owner reached out via text to abuse and threaten me over the fact I got tired of him lying to me when he would ship the order! See attached pic of his message! Does anyone want to work with a company that operates like this? Order Online if you want to be told lies on orders that never ship! Ordered Olympic weights on August 4th. Called a week later as tracking advised it hadn't shipped yet. They advised weights were out of stock (show no stock shortage when ordering) but offered a better weight and would ship same day... read more

Update: Yikes, do not do business with these jokers. Please see the owner's pathetic, cry baby response to being terrible at customer service. They question my intellect because of my Indian name and then correctly identify that it is Indian, so it's legit? What a goof, thanks for making my point! I purchased products from Hajex many times. We usually opt for the pickup option and it is seamless and the staff is friendly. My last order was a delivery order. Although it took a little longer than expected to arrive, when I communicated with customer service I received a response directly from the president of the company who promptly solved my issue.
