In my experience, this office has been extremely difficult to work with during a critical time for my family. I have over 22 years of experience in the medical field, and based on that experience, the level of communication and follow-through here was very disappointing.
Started with this Dr after company switched health care been on the same meds for years every month this Dr would refuse refills on blood pressure meds and other important meds was told go to urgent care if I need meds this Dr needs to be investigated she's playing with people's lives
Terrible business practices. Stay away.
I've not met Dr. Sultana but she and her staff are well on reminding and following up on my mental ill brother's annual assessment.
