Drove all the way from Barrie after checking Google, which showed the store open until 7 PM. To my surprise, we were asked to leave before 5 PM because the owner/salesperson seemed to be in a rush. Very disappointing experience, especially after traveling that far. Customer service was not welcoming, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Great store with accommodating owner whom is very knowledgeable on his products. Beautiful large selection with amazing quality carpets. Will definitely be back for more purchases.
