Haiyun and her team were absolutely efficient, candid about recommendations, and modest in their estimation so as not to over-promise and under-achieve as many Realtors out there in the market. We had a wonderful experience working with our realtor, Haiyun. She is very patient, responsible, and professional throughout the entire process. She provided many valuable suggestions that really helped us make better decisions. What we really appreciated was how supportive she was beyond the typical realtor duties. She negotiated with the renovation contractors directly on our behalf, and even she ordered lighting fixtures for our home. She made the whole process much smoother.
Haiyun Wang has helped us get our dream house. Her team and especially our very dedicated realtor Lanjian worked hard to make us find a house and secure a great deal. Dedicated and always available, I recommend them and will certainly work again with them.
