One of the best doctors I have ever seen. Dr Deng is very thorough and dedicated. I had severe allergies to the point my life was plain miserable. She not only ran a broad spectrum of tests but repeated the tests to make sure there were no false positives or negatives. She is very down to earth where she would pick up the phone and speak to me when needed. She did not send me to the cs to make an appointment to speak. She spent the time to explain the whys and all my questions.
Our daughter had acne and when all other treatments did not work, she was prescribed Isotretinoin, aka Accutane. Dr. Heng lied and said abstinence is "not an option for our daughter"and tried to force her on birth control pill. Kaiser apologized to us for Dr. Deng unethical behavior and she also apologized because she was told to. We also filed a complaint with CA medical board.
