I had a disappointing experience at Haiton Lidcombe. I brought back an unopened item purchased by my employer, hoping to exchange it for a different product code. I understand that businesses may have their own return or exchange policies. However, the way the situation was handled was very uncomfortable. When my employer asked to speak with the staff member by phone, I tried to pass the phone over so they could discuss it directly.
