Do not bother. After many years in the HVAC industry, I have never experienced such yuck customer service. We were essentially told that they would go the extra mile for a “regular buyer”, implying that we weren't entitled to the same level of service. How exactly are customers supposed to become regular buyers when this is how they are treated? I had a disappointing experience at Haiton Lidcombe. I brought back an unopened item purchased by my employer, hoping to exchange it for a different product code. I understand that businesses may have their own return or exchange policies. However, the way the situation was handled was very uncomfortable. When my employer asked to speak with the staff member by phone, I tried to pass the phone over so they could discuss it directly. Very good customer and help full service even on hot day waitng for part they offered me a cold bottle of water as well.
