If there was an option to leave zero star, I would do it without hesitation just because how suck this business is. Whoever owns this Studio as they call it, they shouldn't let a kid who doesn't know how to run a business be there at all. I asked the guy who works there to enlarge my mom's picture who passed away a week ago, and I also told him to add some simple graphics to the background of the original picture, and so he told me that I need to pay for if upfront which I was fine with it. Worst customer service ever , I take a picture for my son graduation in beginning of june and they told me that editing will be completed in four days and they will send me a copy of the picture before printing it on a big scale 11”by15” well no one call and I went to the shop for four different times and picture is not ready until I got it only today after 40 days I don’t recommend it for anyone.
Went in today to get my passport photos taken, very fast, respectful, and amazing quality. Not to mention they give you 4 photos instead of 2 like other retailers at lower cost! Definitely would come back!
