They have done MANY members of my family, most recently (and hardest for me) my mother. These people go above AND beyond for the families that need them. They also have a memorial service in December where they give the families a handmade memorial ornament to take home for their christmas tree. I was unable to attend, and i called to see if they could send me 2, one for me and my daughter.
