So my mother passed in May and then, suddenly, my step father passed in September. This was a rough time for me and Bob Fox made it almost tolerable. His professionalism and kindness exceeds my ability to express with words. The whole crew did superior work with everything. TEN STARS.
Today, my husband and I completed our pre-need arrangements at Haistin. Our advisor, Cindy was so compassionate and knowledgeable as she guided us through the process. You are venerable and emotionally drained when you arrive to make arrangements for a loved one. The folks here make you feel comfortable in a low pressure environment. They listened to our desires, asked pertinent questions and never attempted to "sell" us anything. On the day of the celebration of life, we arrived with a box of remembrances which they quickly took from us and took care of and made a wonderful display for visitors to view.
