Today, my husband and I completed our pre-need arrangements at Haistin. Our advisor, Cindy was so compassionate and knowledgeable as she guided us through the process. The process was very efficient as my husband and I each selected the type of service and product that each one of us desired for ourselves. You are venerable and emotionally drained when you arrive to make arrangements for a loved one. The folks here make you feel comfortable in a low pressure environment. They listened to our desires, asked pertinent questions and never attempted to "sell" us anything. On the day of the celebration of life, we arrived with a box of remembrances which they quickly took from us and took care of and made a wonderful display for visitors to view.
