they have personalized service, excellent quality product selection but foremost they have Passion for what they do.
This is the greatest local shop. They have tons of items to choose from, the employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable too! My dogs and I love Hairy Winston
The staff loves animals and always makes everyone feel like family. Im always amazed with their inventory and unique/hard-to-find items they have on hand. My dog loves them too! Puppy approved!

We spend hundreds of dollars there every year. I bought 2 $20+ fleeces. One held up very well, the other not so much. When I tried to exchange it a week later they would not. We won’t be back.

Great new store and the best dog wash ever!
I wish they were in Charlotte NC too! I have shopped here many times in past years and always plan a trip when down on IOP. Unfortunately Florence derailed this year’s trip.
