This is by far the best groomer that I have found in Colorado Springs. I brought my 5 year old Maltese/Yorkie/toy poodle mix and my 6 month old miniature poodle in to be groomed. The older dog usually hates being groomed (everywhere I've ever taken here except here.) The staff was so sweet and I felt so comfortable leaving my dogs with them. They did SUCH A GREAT JOB! These gals are great. We brought our 3 terrier/mixes in for a good going over. Ashley did a great job and had them looking better than ever. We were impressed by how well the guys looked afterward! (Are these OUR dogs?!?) To be honest another reviewer had given them a not so positive review; but our experience was just the opposite. Maybe the "reviewer" was a rival groom shop from down the street or someone closely associated with it? OR Maybe someone was just having a bad day. Nice folks who are offering start-up rates to get their business going, but after 2 visits I couldn't go back. First visit the groomer said she didn't do my dog's ears "because he didn't like it." She didn't say he misbehaved (he's a well-trained dog used to grooming) and I've never had a groomer tell me that before so I didn't know how to reply - I just took him home and trimmed his ears myself.
