My experience today was honestly a great one—even though I didn’t love how my haircut turned out. I told the owner how I felt, and instead of getting defensive or making me feel uncomfortable, she listened. We talked about what happened and realized that because my hair is kind of curly underneath, this particular cut may work better for me if it’s cut dry. This is by far the only place I trust to get my hair done! Teresa always does an amazing job with my color and cut, and Tai let me tell you I love having someone who can braid my hair so well that it lasts for a long time. Highly recommend!
