Went to Hairworks for a perm. Now my hair is falling out in clumps. It's been a month and I'm still losing hundreds of strands a day even after treatments. I've had perms done before at a different place and never had this problem.

I’m sorry usually I love to leave great reviews especially for people I’ve seen before that did a great job, but I just can’t on this. Went in to have Mikaela do a fringe/layered haircut with bangs and a chestnut hair dye, first of all she did not even shampoo or condition my hair, nor wet it before cutting it, which she even wanted to dye it first and I asked her to please cut it first, she did not fringe it or layer it at all, and she also said she didn’t like wetting hair so there went that one, but what was most appallin... read more
