my wife had the worst hair cut experience here, she had nice long hair and all she requested was to give layers and she specifically requested not to shorten the length. The asian lady cut her hair so short and denied on her face that she didnt as if we didnt know how long her hair was, she was crying so much looking at the cut hair lying on the floor, people working there are also least bothered if their customer is not happy. the end result was, there was no layer and the hair was short. she is still crying looking at the ... read more
