4.5 month update: I don't know what Katelyn did to my hair but it's slowly growing but it's frizzy as hell. I tried getting a picture but it doesn't show it well. It's so short that I can only wash it. I don't use any appliances on it. She damaged my whole head. I would sue her if I could. 3 month update: I look like Bozo the clown. I have gone to Katelyn Smith a few times. She's so sweet but she really can't do more than trim hair. I feel like she ruined my hair on purpose. Instead of feeling pretty, I am ashamed to walk out of my house. I don't even want family to see my ugliness. The first perm practically fell out after the first wash. She redid it but expected full pay. I said No. I did pay $20 for the product. Which should have been free.
