I have gone to Katelyn Smith a few times. She's so sweet but she really can't do more than trim hair. I feel like she ruined my hair on purpose. Instead of feeling pretty, I am ashamed to walk out of my house. I don't even want family to see my ugliness. The first perm practically fell out after the first wash. She redid it but expected full pay. I said No. I did pay $20 for the product. Which should have been free.
