Yuliia is amazing both with highlighting and haircuts. With highlighting she was able to balance out my uneven hair color and create a beautiful blonde. Then she added flowy layers and perfect bangs. Yuliia is definitely the best of the best!
I've been going to Yuliia for over a 6 months and every visit is a joy.She always makes me feel welcomed. In my first visit I asked for specific haircut, she did exactly what I wanted.
