This was the most traumatic hair experience of my life. I came in with long, healthy hair — and left with irreversible damage. The color was patchy, uneven, and over-bleached to the point that my hair started breaking and falling out the very next day. I cried for two days straight. When I reached out to explain what had happened and ask for help, I was dismissed and ignored. I trusted this person as a professional, but I was left feeling devastated and humiliated. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
