Update: years later… yes, she’s still the best. She’s amazing and knowledgeable. Color and cut is always perfect and she gives me advice on how to care for my hair with the time and budget that I have. I won’t go anywhere else. Rosy is the best. Not only she is an amazing human being and LISTENS to the client and is very knowledgeable. I came in with a horrible coloring job and she completely transformed me and fixed it. Rosy is the best. Not only she is an amazing human being and LISTENS to the client and is very knowledgeable. I came in with a horrible coloring job and she completely transformed me and fixed it. She also explained what was going on in each step which was really good and was very flexible modifying things on the go to accomplish what I wanted. I am SUPER happy with my hair and the quality of the job is great and the prices are reasonable (see her webpage). I'd definitely recommend her to anyone.
Rosy is the very best. My hair was a mess and looked horrible. I went to rosy and she made me look and feel like a million bucks.
