would give 0 stars if i could. there aren’t enough words to express the amount of mistreatment and unprofessionalism in this establishment. especially jaida. just no.
The shop and everyone inside is just a mess, especially Jaida. She is so unprofessional I’m not sure why she even chose this profession if she’s always late and Inconsiderate. She rescheduled my appointment when I was coming from a 2+ hour drive and then still didn’t finish my hair the next day. At that point I just had to leave and figure it out. Everyone inside the shop needs to take a business class
They are unprofessional and they have horrible customer Service also the stylist niya and jada are very unprofessional and argued a lot during the appointment.
Stay FAR FAR AWAYYYY from this place & ESPECIALLY from NIYA!!!! ..This was the worst experience I have EVER encountered!!! …Not only is she very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL but she OVERCHARGED me for a style she knew she could not do!!! …I came to her with a photo of exactly what I wanted, and the whole time she made sure to position my chair away from the MIRROR and every time I asked to see how it’s coming out, she got rude with me and kept telling me to wait and hold on!!!! …My hair is A MESSSS, it looked like ... read more
did my hair terrible niya very unprofessional . took a smoke break between doing my hair my hair is very big chunky and bulky and not at all what i wanted the owner is very unprofessional they were talking and arguing talking about all the people that the owner smashed in the salon i sat in that chair for hours!!! i asked the owner if they knew how to blend hair he said he referred me to a different girl that was licensed because the first girl he wanted to do my hair was a student and he wasn’t sure she’d do my style right ... read more
