This picture was taken an hour or so after I left the salon. I made a stop at Walmart and pet store. Got home went straight to the mirror and when I saw what everybody was staring at inside the store, I look like I had a toupee on and was extremely embarrassed. I immediately contacted the hairdresser and I let her know that I wanted a refund because at that moment I was cutting the extensions out of my hair. I had the pleasure of having Lorna do my silk press and my entire appt went wonderful. I was talking out braids prior to my appt and running a little late (I know shame on me) but she was very sweet and let me come a little late. She is very prompt and even though I have super thick hair she works really fast. The shampoo/conditioning process was very relaxing and I just enjoyed my experience overall. Will definitely be coming back.
I am a extremely picky and nervous person when choosing someone to do my relaxer, when i am away from home, (Out of town). Lorna was literally the BEST HAIR STYLISTS I have ever had!!! I pay great attention to detail and she was completely thorough in every thing she did! When setting her timer, immediately she started on the next task on my hair without delay! Lorna did an excellent job on my hair color yesterday. It was money well spent. Lorna is positive, punctual and expeditious. I also loved the music and design of her salon space. I look forward to my next appointment!
