Please make sure you ask and give clear instruction before cutting. For me he just jumped directly to cut without asking, then I realized it’s over cut from my expectation. Hopefully the other customer will not be in my situation. Also hopefully you need to ask the customer how length they want before cutting straight away. First time for me as I was shared your shop by my friend, but will be the last time for me. So sad with the cut I got
