I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at this salon. My sister-in-law came in for a simple colour change, and after 7 hours of waiting, her hair looked exactly the same as when she arrived. The service was very unprofessional, and nobody took responsibility for the mistake. To make things worse, she lost her sunglasses in the salon, and when we tried to call and ask about them, we received no answer or follow-up. I was here yesterday for a haircut and I was really satisfied with the outcome! Joan did my haircut and she had such a light, gentle touch — it was so relaxing. All the hairdressers were very friendly too. My husband is also a regular here. Highly recommended! Even the shampoo service was relaxing, complete with a soothing head massage. We'll definitely be coming back to this location! 😘
Recil is absolutely amazing! I love my hair so much. It turned out even better than I could have ever expected. She truly knows her stuff and is incredibly talented at what she does. She took the time to understand exactly what I want and delivered beyond expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist.
Joanne did my mother-in-law, Deborah's haircut and not only does she look amazing, she gave her exactly what she asked for which is rare to find. Plus she raved about the head massage when she got home and was super happy with the atmosphere, the vibe and the whole experience! Would definitely recommend!
Jenny is the elite balayage specialist! She does not take any shortcuts. She uses the proper products to get the color you want. She is educated in her field and a pleasure to chat with.
