I have been going to this salon for almost 3years now. As always, it was such a wonderful experience with Recil, my hairdresser! this is definitely my new hair salon!! Joanne, my hair stylist, was very accommodating. she kept asking and making sure i was satisfied with the length and style as she goes along. 10/10 would go back here for sure !!

Jenny is the elite balayage specialist! She does not take any shortcuts. She uses the proper products to get the color you want. She is educated in her field and a pleasure to chat with. I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at this salon. My sister-in-law came in for a simple colour change, and after 7 hours of waiting, her hair looked exactly the same as when she arrived. The service was very unprofessional, and nobody took responsibility for the mistake. To make things worse, she lost her sunglasses in the salon, and when we tried to call and ask about them, we received no answer or follow-up. Recil is absolutely amazing! I love my hair so much. It turned out even better than I could have ever expected. She truly knows her stuff and is incredibly talented at what she does. She took the time to understand exactly what I want and delivered beyond expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist.
