The receptionist 'Hilda' answered when I requested to speak to either Mr. Hairston or Mr. Lane and she said she would pass the message on both times when I called. I also submitted an online request. Neither one of them called or emailed back.

The woman "Ms. Howard who answered the phone was totally rude, refused to take a message or even give me a voice mail to the real attorney I was trying to reach at the law firm. She was completely disrespectful, talked over me while I was trying to explain the nature of my call and finally hung up on me! Trashy service at this law practice!
