Service call $65 no problem. Blew on ignitor and called it cleaning $30 total minutes in my home ten minutes. Repair person did not have the part and stated it would be another service fee to come back once he did obtained it. Lesson learned. Tried to support a small business. My mistake. No thanks you won't return
The worst appliance place ever
I was satisfied
Definitely would never try to go there again. Went to the Kenmore Blvd. location which according to google was open only to find it closed. Called the number and the lady who answered told me that location was only open by appointment, which should have been posted on their google link and when I asked her if she had the part I needed she curtly said no. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
