Go anywhere else. Their technician came out to our home to fix a fridge. Took a look at it, said he'd need to order a part. Charged us for the service call. Did not order the part and so the fridge shut down entirely for two days. I called another business. They came out, said it had nothing to do with the part Hairston forgot to order and fixed it on the spot. When we called for a refund, the owner, James Hairston came up with every excuse he could to not give it back to us. He still has not refunded our money.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! – I PURCHASED A MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM THIS BUSINESS & IT WASNT WORKING WHEN THEY DELIVERED IT.THE REPAIRMAN WAS AT MY HOME 3 TIMES IN 2 WEEKS UNTIL THEY SAID THEY WOULD EXCHANGE IT & PROMISED IT TO ME THE NEXT DAY.WELL ITS BEEN A WEEK NOW & STILL NOTHING.THEY ALSO HAVE A STORE CREDIT ONLY POLICY SO YOULL BE STUCK WITH THEIR JUNK.I AM -AND OUT 125.00.
