Did nothing that I asked for, my bangs are crooked, my hair is a chopped up mess, I had to come home and try to fix it myself. I asked for layers in the back, told her it was to top heavy, so she made my top layers even shorter and didn’t add through out. The front of the hair is an absolute travesty. This is first time in four years I had my hair cut professionally and I will never do it again. It looked worse than when I walked in.
They did a good job on my hair but what happened to talking and interacting with patron??? Yes this was my 1st time but probably won’t go back because I felt like I wasn’t part of the group. Sad that the service industry has fallen so far😞
These women are professionals. They do an amazing job every time!
