My mother was real upset with the job that they did on her hair. They burnt it and it's not cut even and it's not feathered either. I think that they should refund her money back. The first time she went there they did a great job, but not this time. I don't know what was going on with the woman but she shouldn't be messing up women's hair and expect to be paid for it. Did nothing that I asked for, my bangs are crooked, my hair is a chopped up mess, I had to come home and try to fix it myself. I asked for layers in the back, told her it was to top heavy, so she made my top layers even shorter and didn’t add through out. The front of the hair is an absolute travesty. This is first time in four years I had my hair cut professionally and I will never do it again. It looked worse than when I walked in.

They did a good job on my hair but what happened to talking and interacting with patron??? Yes this was my 1st time but probably won’t go back because I felt like I wasn’t part of the group. Sad that the service industry has fallen so far😞
