My experience at HairSpot was wonderful. Even on a packed day, the team was gracious and fit me in as a walk-in. I had had a bad cut at another salon and HairSpot fixed it. Michelle didn’t rush: she blew it out to check the lines, evened everything, then cut for my curl pattern. Now it holds shape and styling is quick. Thank you for the wonderful cut and for making me feel so welcome, every single person I met was kind.
I asked for face framing layers and to keep the length of my hair, just a 1-2 inch trim, and instead got 7 inches chopped off. My hair used to be down to my waist. I’m still very upset, as my hair is really important to me. It’s really made me so depressed how much got chopped off. The staff were incredibly kind and didn’t charge me for the hair cut, but I guess be very vocal about how much you want chopped off. I wish I never came in at all to be honest.
Amy was amazing she gave me exactly what I wanted and the 100% service I will recommend to all friends and family!!! I will only go to Amy!!!! She is the total vibe!
