I emailed to book an appointment and no response. Then I called and was told to send pics after that a few brief correspondences but there was no appointment booked. My birthday is coming and all I wanted was two trims, 2 washes and a wig install. Black ppl do better with customer service.

Tecumsah was amazing, I called her for a very last minute wash and dry last week and she was so kind enough to work me into her schedule. It did require going to a different location than the salon but that didn't matter because she did a wonderful job with my hair and even styled it up for me. Also my hair felt amazing afterwards even after a second wash!
