Customer service sucks! Plain and simple. Walked in and sat down while 5 hairdressers were busy with customers. Never greeted, never asked if I had an appointment, nothing! Walked out after about 45 min of never being acknowledged. Did they think I was just there to watch people get haircuts. Customer service not even worthy of one star!
I took my 5 year old to get her haircut before school and Angi was able to squeeze her in on such short notice! The experience was wonderful. My daughter was not nervous and Angi was so kind. The whole haircut was done quickly but it looks amazing and such a great price!
