They cut my hair incredibly unevenly. It was an elderly woman that cut it and she used a razor to cut all of my hair resulting in a very choppy look. It was also an incredibly rushed cut with no attention to detail. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. She also used a flat iron to straighten my hair without any heat protectant and it definitely was way too hot and damaged my hair. Also, I wasn’t wearing makeup that morning and she also told me I need to wear more makeup which is incredibly unprofessional.

My hair is incredibly uneven. They used incredibly high heat and I could hear my hair sizzling. I was supposed to go to 22 Pell St but accidentally came here. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

been crying for like two hours they give you thick fat ugly bangs for some reason, never asked for it, asked to fix layers but i have like no hair left there’s like nothing and it’s not even even which is the biggest thing i want it to be even and just the bangs and the front genuinely so ugly i cannot stand myself, just pay a little more somewhere else man, also didn’t section hair evenly during cut either, look like mushroom bowl cut

My girlfriend went in to get a blowout. the hairdresser kept making comments about her appearance over 10 times. "You're so beautiful but you should exercise more you're fat". How dare you run a business with this lack of humanity and professionalism. Disgusting and shameful. She walked out and started to cry she didn't even like the work done on her hair.
