I always look so forward to my hair appointments at Hairplay Studio and catching up with my stylist, Kim. She does an amazing job of my thick, unruly, greying hair; I don't recognize myself when she is finished! And my hair stays great looking for several days. She listens to my concerns and provides very constructive, professional advice before working her magic. Kim cut my daughter’s hair yesterday, and this was by far the most upsetting salon experience I’ve had as a parent. I went in with a very clear request and also showed a reference photo of a long inverted bob with a longer front. Instead, far more hair was cut off than I asked for, and my daughter’s hair is now much shorter. Instead of the soft blended look ,the front looks boxy, choppy, and unevenly blended, as shown in the pictures. One been going to Crystal for years and years. She is the only stylist who can properly cut and colour my fine hair. She’s a magician. I recommend her to everyone.
1st time at Hairplay today in Murreyville Langely. Had a wonderful experience my stylists Kim was wonderful. My color was perfect and all the ladies there are personable and talented. Highly recommend the salon and ill be going back for all my hair needs.
