I was so excited about coming here! I got the 15 minute serenity scratch session, 45 minute ASMR and 45 minute headspa. The girls were very sweet but the flow was a bit strange as I would have preferred to be lying down in the dark room for the serenity scratch but was in a face down chair that had me in a strange position and could hear everything happening in the spa. This was my first Japanese head spa experience, and it was absolutely amazing! My service was with Allie, who was kind, sweet, and so professional. As a business owner, I spend my days talking nonstop with clients, and Allie immediately read the room—she was soft-spoken, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. Update: after speaking with the owner about our experience, she insisted on providing us with a full refund. I did not ask for a refund, but the fact that she provided one shows how much she wanted to make this right. She has been away on maternity leave and as a business owner, I certainly understand that employees don’t always follow what they’re supposed to do when there isn’t a leadership presence.
