SUCH nasty mean girl energy from the stylist (Arielle). I walked in and she coldy introduced herself (hardly a smile) before walking me to her chair and asking me what I wanted. When I told her highlights she blankly said “Ummm……you know that’s a balayage right? You booked a color, I don’t have time for that” she proceeded to say she could do a partial and the cut, but her energy was so dark and hostile. I went with Sharday, and I am truly speechless. I came in looking to get some dead ends off and she completely fixed my hair. I got the first time curly cut experience, and it was amazing.
