I had a spontaneous appointment at Hairology because I wanted a straight cut with curtain bangs. Unfortunately, the first haircut was very disappointing. The cut was clearly not straight. I went back to the salon and explained the issue. The stylist tried to fix it, but I was still not satisfied with the result. When I asked for a refund, it was refused. Instead, the manager was called, and I was told to come back the next day so the manager could either have it professionally corrected or potentially issue a refund. I retur... read more
