I had a spontaneous appointment at Hairology because I wanted a straight cut with curtain bangs. Unfortunately, the first haircut was very disappointing. The cut was clearly not straight. I went back to the salon and explained the issue. The stylist tried to fix it, but I was still not satisfied with the result. When I asked for a refund, it was refused.
