I had a spontaneous appointment at Hairology because I wanted a straight cut with curtain bangs. Unfortunately, the first haircut was very disappointing. The cut was clearly not straight. I went back to the salon and explained the issue. The stylist tried to fix it, but I was still not satisfied with the result. When I asked for a refund, it was refused. Thank you Maya for my straight blow-dry. I came in with extremely tangled hair and she took her time to throughly comb it through. Fantastic service! See you next week :-)

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in yesterday just before work and asked for a straight blow dry. I have curly hair, and the stylist (Persian) used the smallest round brush she could find on my slightly damp curls. There was no consideration for my hair type, and the technique used was completely ineffective. The result was not the smooth, silky finish I’ve received at other salons—my hair was frizzy by the end of the day and looked just like it did when I walked in.
