Got a great haircut from Stephanie! She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t be happier and it’s so easy to style now. Great experience!
So I got my hair cut Thursday and I wanted a butterfly cut with curtain bangs. My stylist was a little afraid to cut my hair because it was finer and I told her I have had lots of layered cuts before I assure you my hair won't look thin at all. Yesterday I ranted on here about how upset I was that my hair did not turn out at all how I wanted it. But Jamie was kind enough to contact me and apologize for me not liking it and she refunded me my money. She handled the situation way better than I did bc I was heated when I wrote my review and I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings Jamie. Thank you for being an upstanding person.
Love, love, love, loveeee!!! Jamie was able to squeeze me in for an impulsive chop and bang trim and she did an absolutely amazing job, I could not be happier! They are so professional, clean, and efficient. Price for a wash, cut, and curl was about $50, not bad at all.
I cannot recommend Jamie and this salon enough—she is a true hair savior! After a disastrous experience at another salon, I came in stressed, but Jamie immediately got me in the very next day, opening up at 8:30 AM to dedicate her entire day to me. She was there for me emotionally and physically, fixing what was a hair emergency that needed major correction.
