I want to give 5 stars, because all of their previous work has been amazing but they completely started ignoring all my messages. I would call instead to make an appointment, they said someone would get back with me, and they never would call back. I get being busy, but they've ignored me over 10 times now. I've always tipped. I never cancelled. So I don't get what the problem is. It really hurts my feelings to be honest.
This is my one stop beauty shop. I love the vibes.
