So disappointed! They cut off more then my daughter asked for, give my little girl a boy hair cut and to top it off it is not even straight! I can not believe I paid for such an awful cut. Well nott be back!
Isn't Hair Masters but Supercuts
I’ve been a regular at the Nampa on 12th location since moving here and in Covington Wa for many years. I had an appointment and watched as walking got serviced ahead of me. I was ten minutes early and after 20 minutes from my appointment time I still did not get a hair cut. When asking the lady at the counter she made one excuse after the other never offered to give me any idea where in line I was . I’ve always tipped really well and had good experience. All it takes is one and I’m done.
No wait. Got right in. Hairstylists are sweet gals.
Poor job on my hair.
