Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I specifically asked for a layered haircut and requested that my hair remain below my shoulders. I had very long hair, and much more was cut off than I expected or asked for. The front layers are also uneven, even after I specifically asked her to make sure the middle part of my hair was straight and that the layers were even on both sides. I walked in on Tuesday without an appointment. Hairstylist was working alone. Answering phones, cutting hair, helping walk in customers. Even though she was working alone, she managed all the customers quickly and efficiently. My hair looks great. She is very skilled, and has a lot of experience with hair, and customer service. I appreciate her hard work! Please give her a big raise. She deserves it for managing the store all by herself!

ZERO STARS Absolutely terrible. I wanted an inch and left with almost five missing. I wanted a blowout. I got a blow dry Not to mention my hair is horribly uneven
