Does anyone know if this business is still open I have tried to call and a man answered phone and I was told that they owed money. If anyone could help me I would love to know if they are still there or where Alana went I suffer from health conditions and she was great when doing my hair. Thanks
Unreliable - Had a regular appointment booked, waited for an hour no one turned up. Called later on and apparently Robyn sold the business and they didn’t let any clients know and new owner doesn’t have access to their booking system. No signs on the doors or anything, no one picks up phone when they are meant to be open. It would have saved me time if they updated their business hours at least on Google.
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother based on her recent interactions with Hairlucinate: The staff were lovely, friendly and assisted me to try a new hair style that I am very happy with. I also very much appreciated them validating my previously purchased Breathe Hair and Beauty gift cards. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a new hairdressers.
