I just completed a virtual cranial prosthesis "top of the head" technique training from Hairloss Center of New Jersey. I found the modules to be very detailed. Because I purchased the hair replacement kit, I was able to follow along with what was being discussed and demonstrated. I wasn't offering this service , however, this training provided how to correctly provide consultation, proper application of the prosthesis, and how to attract new clients.
Part 3- Despite Laronne's response to my recent reviews and her basically reiterating what I said in prior reviews, I have personally reached out to her before expressing dissatisfaction through this platform. As I wanted to leave a paper trail of our interaction, I left her multiple messages and emails. As per my first review under "Empress Rah", I only left a review because my complaint was NOT resolved. I did not feel a need to participate in her "kickback" offers of giving out discounts in exchange for a "positive review... read more

Part 2- as I'm going over the stuff with her, her husband FaceTimes her. She tells him she's with a client and I don't know if they have trust issues or what but she TURNS THE CAMERA ON TO ME to show him that she was indeed with a client. I bite my tongue because I paid to be there and I was on a mission to work on my concerns. As I am telling her some history, she's walking around and doing things while I'm speaking.
